They are made of nylon fabric, and are extremely durable and long lasting very difficult to tear. The stiffness varies according to the weight and the type of tissue used by the manufacturer, but is approximately intermediate between soft and hard flights. The most common point of wear of these flights is in the front, that inserted in the terminal. Before using a nylon flight is advisable to enlarge the cut of the terminal to prevent damage to the flight during insertion.
